What if my package gets lost or arrives at the wrong address?

First of all, don't worry!

If you have not received your order, your order was delivered to an address other than the one you provided us, or the carrier reports that the package has been lost, we kindly ask you to contact us through our Contact Form. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
