How can I return an order?
Return Procedure
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free* within 60 days from its reception by following our Returns&Refunds procedure and by using this Return Form.
- If you are based in Europe or in the UK, you can search for the DHL point closest to your home by using this link DHL Locator.
- Enter country and zip code and select the option “Send shipment”.
- In the drop-down menus, select “I have a DHL Express Account” and “I have printed a DHL label.”
- You will then see the DHL Points in your area you can deliver the package to.
- If you are based in the US, you can search for the UPS point closest to your home by using this link UPS Find Locations.
Refund procedure
The refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of goods' processing by our warehouses. Starting from the date of reception of the goods, in fact, our warehouses could take up to 5 working days to check the goods and to issue the refund. It may then take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time. All the returned items will be refunded by using the same payment method used to purchase.
Please note the goods must be returned with the original packaging (not damaged) and complete with all components. We inform you also that we cannot accept returns of already used items.
After 60 days from receipt of the goods, we will not be able to process your return request.
If you have opened a chargeback or dispute on Paypal, Shopify or on the payment systems, we will not be able to fulfil your refund or replacement request. It will be necessary to wait for the resolution times of the case.
