Is it possible that I ordered an item which is not available for dispatch?

Generally, everything that is available on our site and for which you can place an order, is in stock and can be shipped.

Unfortunately, in sporadic cases, it may happen that due to low stock availability of certain items, and high demand, the item in question may be available for order on our website, but when the order is prepared for dispatch, the item results in being out of stock. In these cases, we will contact you promptly and offer you a full refund of your order, or, if there are other items in your order, we may proceed with partial fulfilment of your order (without adding shipping costs), and issue a refund for the unavailable item. In both cases, we will contact you before proceeding.
