How can I be sure the order has been finalised?

Once the order has been correctly processed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and all the info regarding the order placed.

What if I have not received the order confirmation email?

If you do not receive any order confirmation email, this means the order has not been placed.

In cases like this, Alessi does not receive any payment. The payment will remain "pending"  on the payment method for a few days (depending on the payment method used and the bank) and the transaction will then be deleted.

Please check the reception of the order confirmation email in the spam folder, too.
