Can I exchange a gift I received?

Unfortunately, gifts cannot simply be exchanged. We do not currently offer this service.

We suggest you contact the buyer who can ask for a return towards our return form.

Once the goods are returned to our warehouses, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used while placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If the product was purchased in a store or from one of our online retailers, we suggest you contact the store or the online retailer with the receipt and follow their instructions
