How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service through our Contact Form confirming your data and the email address used while signing in. Your account will be thus cancelled.

We will send you a confirmation via email. If you asked for deletion and want to activate your account again, you have to contact our Customer Service. You will be asked to give your data again and your account will be reactivated. Alternatively, you can register another account using a different email address.
